The company interview process most times is in 3 stages. Most time all can be done via phone call. Company sometime interested in recruiting from a list of people with relationship with there customer in the territory. So do not be surprised if your contact is called up and asked questions about you

Interview
The first interview was via phone. The second interview was in Austin. It was a bit nerve racking not being able to see the location of where you are working but understandable given the business reasons.
