I had an initial interview with HR, where we discussed benefits, work hours, and company policies. The next step is a final interview with a management panel. The position offers a 3/2 workweek, with every other Friday off.

Recruiter phone call, then hiring manager phone call, then an in person interview. Process took about a month after applying, but I’ve also applied to other positions and those seem to go slower.
