It was a mix between technical questions and hypotheticals. They wanted to see how I would react to people in higher positions than me. Communication skills is a very important aspect of the job.

There were three separate sets of interviews, and they progressively increased in how much thought needed to be considered for each question. Began with a phone screening, and progressed to a phone interview with panel, and then an in person interview with this panel. Had a chance tot our the facility as well.
