I applied online. I interviewed at General Atomics
Interview
The interview team, from beginning to the end, was very personable.
A scheduled 30-min virtual interview that stretched out to nearly an hour. It was a very friendly interview with straight forward questions from the panelist. There are a few technical questions about how to perform certain tasks.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at General Atomics (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
Process takes a while, so be prepared to wait. Applied online in early January 2020, was given an interview mid march. Offer letter came 2 days ago. Compared to other companies i've interviewed with (namely Northrop Grumman), the GA hiring process takes much longer. Recruiters were very kind, but weren't the best at reaching out to inform you of next steps or when to expect them at all.

Question 1
"How many line items do you manage in your warehouse on any given day?"
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at General Atomics (Poway, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Two separate interviews. One with HR which asked very basic HR type questions. The second was with the section in which I was trying to work. During the HR portion she highlighted the types of benefits and typical schedule that would be expected. General Atomics is a very professional company and they made the interview process very simple.
