I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Atomics (Poway, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Behavioral panel then an interview with an engineer and manager. Pretty straight forward. Applied, received a phone call asking me to fly out and meet them the next week. The overall experience was pretty fun, everyone was very friendly and I thought the guys who interviewed me were pretty down to earth. Nothing to tough on the technical side when it came to questions. Quite frankly I thought I knocked it out of the park. I thought I got along great with the interviewers and they seemed to really like me, they even came out and told me that my resume was pulled because I seemed to be a good fit for the type of work that they did. Probably the reason why I never had a screening phone call. Though I just received an automated email from their career site saying they won't be moving forward with my application. Not sure where I faltered. Was really looking forward to getting an offer, seemed like a good company to work for. Maybe I was asking for to high of a salary or there was someone they like more.
