Interview
Had a campus interview, applied online, had phone interviews a month after the campus interview with several departments. No technical questions were asked, only behavioral and previous experience related questions during the phone interview. Some interviewers sounded uninterested but some interviewers were very friendly and shared their own experience. Got an offer from one of the departments after 1 week. The entire process was about a month.

Interview
Toured the Groton facility, then got on a bus to travel to the New London facility. Interviewed with two structural engineers. After the interview, met up for a scheduled lunch with a younger employee to learn about the company culture and life around the Groton/New London.
