Interview
About 3 hours total of 1/2 hour interviews with existing HR Manager, Administrative Assistants, Department heads, General Manager, Sales Director. A few managers talked alot about themselves which I didn't think was an effective interview process and didn't find out much about me and my skill level. I was a liftle concerned when they were dressed casual (jeans and tshirts) for an interview. They have casual fridays even if customers visit which I think is not very professional.

Interview
It was done through Team Meeting and was very laid back and easy. The questions were average but in a comfortable setting. If selected from that interview, you would have an on-site interview next.

Interview
The interview process was fairly simple.
Asked me where I saw myself in 5 years. The interview was about a half hour. They gave me a tour of the facility. They continued to ask me questions on the tour, as well. Never asked about my education. They did ask about my administrative past.
