I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Genie (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Pretty smooth , family oriented , no technical questions, focuses on experience rather than school year. They seem well supported and innovative work environment. They are mainly focused on manufacturing optimization and fixture design. They have their own prototype shop and tech support facility if you are interviewing at WA positions

Interview
Short phone interview with 2-3 questions, no call back. Communication could be better, questions could have been less technical. Otherwise it was a pretty standard first round interview process across the board.
