Geojit Technologies interview questions

The interview process was well-structured and smooth. It included an initial screening, followed by technical rounds focusing on problem-solving and domain knowledge, and a final discussion. Communication was clear, and the interviewers were professional and supportive throughout the process.

They took interview for mobile architect . And said we will offer you the job only final round is there with vc in Bangalore . Without any strong reason to reject me, they have rejected the candidature of mine 😀. Every answers was more then satisfactory and the interviewer (who has not even joined organization only had been in offer was taking interview and he said me it's positive at the end of interview. I knew once you told it's on hold its budget issue and it reflects in geojits Glassdoor profile too. It's not about selecting but favouritism and internal politics , why my cv is elected when you know my expectations ? I will definitely right the review in social media so that others should know the worst part of Geojit hiring. I think the recruiter and geojit management should relook into hiring process and clearly the development team is not matured enough and in Glassdoor no much info on dev sector of Geojit. Sorry to say very disgusting and humiliating experience with Geojit.
