Germiphene interview questions

I applied online and after one week I got date for interview. Interview held at employers place. Total time in Interview around 40 minute. After couple of week I got e mail and I am selected.

Declined Interview due to reading about company being a privately owned dictatorship company where everything goes through the so called CEO e.g. owner who inherited it from her parents. Got selected for the interview by a mickey mouse recruiter who works for himself and appears to have 0 organizational skills. Pure joke of a company on both ends. Wouldn't recommend this company unless you wanted to be micromanaged by the owner.
