This company is now called Shift. I did five interviews, the first with the recruiter, the second with the head of design, the third was the presentation of the portfolio with the head of design and a project manager and the fourth with the recruiter and the head of technology. All four interviews went incredibly well, as I received instant feedback after all interviews. The last one was with the CTO, who had absolutely no context on the previous interviews and asked me generic questions like "how do I see myself in 5 years' time" etc. And to my surprise, he was the person who made the decision not to send me a job offer. This shows that the opinion of absolutely no one in the company matters, not even the Head of design. There is a big hierarchy structure in the business. Not the place I want to work.
