Interview

Pretty basic. After a brief phone interview, I was brought in for an in-person interview that consisted of talking with 3 people over the course of an hour. They didn't bother to get too technical, or I was just able to answer any question they threw at me. It was a good interview that resulted in me working there for about 3 years.

Interview with the head of engineering and multiple engineers. The interview process was typical and covered basic Java coding and Web App System design skills. The company was transitioning parts of the development effort from oversees to the US. This role was a member of the technical team making these changes.
