The Interview Process is very throughout. The first step is the application and resume. If that goes good, you will receive a request for a Virtual Interview. Then you will be sent a skills assessment. Then you will receive a request for a face-to-face interview with the department head for your position, a personality test and then a final face to face interview with our Operations Coordinator. If the hiring process proves that you are a great fit for the position, you will receive an offer letter. It takes about 1-2 months to go through the entire process.
