      Project Manager Interview

      Jun 20, 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Giesecke+Devrient

      Interview

Three-stage interview process: initial HR screening, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager, and a final round with peers. Each stage was straightforward. Overall a neutral experience. Standard process. Nothing special.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Giesecke+Devrient (London, England) in Mar 2023

      Interview

3 to 4 Stage Process. Initial Screening calls from recrument agent. After 10 days call from HR department and arranging HR screening Interview. 2nd Stage - Technical Interview 3rd Stage - Presentation to C-suit Panel

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      1. Share your experience with Payments and Cards 2. Product development experience. How do you design & ensure security aspects in payments ? 3. Why do you want to Change the Job ? - It looks & felt that many people at G+D are "Old School type", in comfort zone, not ready for new learnings, they even just can not accept that somebody can think to change the Job.. These all process took more than 1 month. Also, 1 week after 3rd round - got update from HR that, they are not having permission from the management for the "Product Manager" role. Very frustrating experiece after amount of time and efforts invested.
