Typically a phone screen followed by a on site interview. I was asked to skip the phone but went for 2 rounds of on site as my resume was eligible for 2 different positions.

interview process is good, All the questions will be in C and programming questions and questions in OS will be asked. few managers will ask design related questions.
but for out station candidates the interview process is complex and many rounds of interview.
