Interview
Standard interview with technical questions. PL/SQL and Java This is a medium company, so you have to give them credit for that. If you want a stable job, with an average middle-class salary that pays the bills, then this company is a good candidate. Also a good company to make a career at since they won't fire you easily, once you are in deep, and will let you stay long after you become obsolete, which is good thinking in the long run, since the welfare state will soon be history anyway. You might get good experience by working here, before you get bored.
