first call was with the recruiter. Basic questions. She really only asked me maybe 3-4. I was told to be prepared for a video meeting and to make sure I was in good lighting and where I could be seen and heard well. I was also sent several links to their very lengthy and complicated interactive employee handbook. The recruiter was a few mins late and then told me she wouldn't be turning on her camera and I could decide whether or not to keep mine on. This was a little awkward.

Went all the way through the interview process only to be rejected. I guess they planned to ghost me. I had to reach out for my reject letter. First interview was with a recuriter, following two hiring managers then with someone in a higher leadership role. Final interview was with a peer. Did require a mock call btw.
