1. Applied on Linkedin to the job role 2. Short interview call with the HR recruiter, nothing very specific. Asked a couple of questions and passed me forward. 3. Short interview call with the team lead with the STAR -format. Be prepared to give short and to-the-point answers.
got contacted by the recruiter for a job that wasn't available on the website and other job board. got the interview with the hiring manager, even if they announced layoffs for the beginning of June
