Global Integrated Flooring Solutions interview questions

I was reached out by Director of HR online. They set an first interview with the hiring manager and second with the VP. - Received an offer with in 3 weeks of the start of process. - I tried to discuss as the base pay was not what they said would be in the initial stage of the interview. - I was losing a lot of benefits from my current job, so asked them to match it or compensate for my loss. they never bothered to have a discussion and assumed that I declined the initial offer.
