AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They treated you with no respect at all, and just sent you assessment for not hiring purposes! They are not truely hiring, they just want to use your code for their actual project! After I sent them back the completed assessment they immediately turned down my application. Very very unprofessional small company.

Write a Java class (and test cases) using Last Name relation algorithm.

Process took around 1 month and include 4 rounds in total. First round hr call. Second round was High level discussion with Software manager including high level technical questions. Third round include code challenge and technical interview with lead and backend team. Final round was cultural fit interview.

I felt that I performed well on the whiteboard questions but was ghosted shortly after. The whiteboard interview took 2hours of my time so it's unfortunate that they did not have the time to send a rejection email.
