Interview
After applying through directly contacting the recruiter, I was immediately scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager and skipped the HR interview. Fairly easy interview, just asked me about the experiences I listed on my resume and a handful of behavioral and culture-fit questions. Got the offer the week after the interview.
First, the HR will call then it follows an Interview with the applied supervisor and HR (maybe) and then will receive an email if you are accepted for the position.
