I applied through other source. I interviewed at Glowbal Group (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2026
Interview
Pleasant but flat interviewer. The company was very efficient in the entire interview process but the questions felt canned and like they already had someone in mind. Many companies from Out West have tighter systems imo.and Glowbal represented that well.
The interview process was really good! She asked me who I am as a person and why the restaurant industry. She asked me what I look for in a workplace and what my availability was.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Glowbal Group (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview was easy and chef was very nice and easy to talk to. The job posting salary was good until I found out during the interview that there was a 50hr/week minimum which ends up making the wage 19$ hourly over the year which is below industry standards. The yearly salary may be above but that was assuming it was for 40 hours/ week. I felt a bit deceived by that and didnt want to sign up to work that much.
