Gnosis interview questions

The interviewers were very nice and asked a few questions about my background and my goals for my career. Thye also informed me about what the company look for in their employees as well as the job description.

The overall process has been a breeze. The recruiters and HR persons have been involved in the space for so many years, they know what they are talking about, which makes conversations really meaningful and pleasant. The overall interview process was done in less than 3 weeks which is pretty fast from my experience, they always answered followed up the interviews super quickly. If you have written OSS code before, this will heavily weigh in, and you may be able to avoid coding interview, which are sometimes stressing and not really relevant. This is yet again an amazing experience as so few company actually review and take this into account. After accepting the offer, the on-boarding was just as professional and efficient which makes for a great impression.
