I interviewed for a senior role and had thoughtful conversations with two team members. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response or closure. As someone who’s worked in HRTech, I recognize not every candidate is the right fit—but a lack of basic communication reflects poorly on candidate experience, especially for a company focused on ‘humanizing HR.’ I’m sharing this in the spirit of transparency and hope they improve their process for future applicants.

It’s a fairly standard interview process—you’ll start by meeting with a recruiter, then move on to the hiring manager, followed by the team lead. You’ll also complete an assessment during the process.

Interview
O processo foi muito rapido. Apenas 2 etapas. A primeira etapa foram 5 questões de hackerrank (2 de logica programação com ruby, 1 de matematica sobre diagrama de Venn, 1 de sql, 1 sobre o conceito de patterns). E a segunda etapa foram 3 entrevistas de 1h seguidas uma da outra. No dia seguinte das entrevistas já recebi a proposta com o contrato.
