**Interview Experience for Software Engineer** The interview process was quite extensive and consisted of multiple rounds: 1. Hackerrank Coding Round (90 mins) – Data Structures and Algorithms-based coding questions. 2. Mettl Assessment (90 mins) – Around 110 aptitude, logical reasoning, and technical questions. 3. Project Submission Round – Required designing an Uber-like application, including HLD, LLD, entities, database design, and flow diagrams. Also had to record and submit a detailed explanation video. 4. Technical Interview (95 mins) – Deep discussion on the submitted project, design decisions, scalability considerations, and personal projects. 5. HR Round (30 mins) – General discussion regarding experience, expectations, and company fit. 6. Leadership Round – Final leadership interaction. The process took significant time and effort. After clearing all rounds up to the leadership discussion, communication became inconsistent. Follow-up emails and messages received no response for nearly two weeks. Eventually, I received a rejection email without any detailed feedback. Feedback: The interview process is thorough and challenging, but candidate communication and closure could be improved, especially after investing considerable time across multiple rounds.

Applied through University, Appeared for the exam on Campus where people from AccioJob came to conduct the exam, First OA round and between that AI interview which will ask about your highest scored question from the OA. i cleared the AI interview too, then they asked us to build a full stack web application in two days. i did and learnt the whole project and prepared for the role consistenty for over a month. then just today i recieved a mail stating that role is closed. just like that month long effort , building a full stack project goes down the hill. i expected better management, i was very eager for the interview and now im just out. 35 more students like me experienced this. heavily disappointed.
