GoTo Senior Java Engineer interview questions

Applied to LogMeIn this August. First I had a short phone screening with an external recruiter from an agency. Second step was to complete an online 90-min HackerRank test within a couple of days. After the test I received a positive feedback from the company HR and an invitation to a personal technical interview in the Budapest office. The personal technical interview was an hour long, where I met three guys from LogMeIn technical staff. We talked about my past experiences, reviewed some of my answers of the online test (they said some of my answers of test questions were among the best ones), talked about technologies and methodologies I use(d). At the end of the interview I had time to question about the job and the company. The whole interview had a quite positive mood, all of the guys there were very friendly and open. After the interview I waited a week for a feedback, and then sent an email to the HR contact I had. To my surprise the external recruiter contacted me that the feedback from the company is that I can't go further in the process, because lack of some web technology knowledge... It was disappointing because (till that point) I felt about the interview result quite different, and I thought learning the missing things wouldn't take that much time for a senior developer...
