It has useless process. Through some consultant I got the call for this. And to start the process, I got the coding exercise to code for 'ParkingLot' in 2 days along with good design, OOP concepts, coding style, test cases & do configuration in the files to execute in their environment & I was supposed to submit in 2 days. I gave the design document next day saying it is not a 2 days exercise & will take 1-2 days more with all the expectations, but I didn't get the response & then next day I attached the results of execution in my environment next day but still didn't get the response, so next day I shared the code also with no test cases & no configuration changes but I attached the document for the steps toe execute the code. Then I get the response same day that it is not starting their environment. On that I replied that I have mentioned all the steps to execute my code & he can make the necessary configuration changes as per his requirement or we can have quick call to get this thing done. But no response after that. After 3 days I check with the consultant about the feedback & he told that my profile is not shortlisted. It is acceptable not to select some person but these people must have some courtesy & etiquettes to respond over email to candidate also & provide the honest feedback about candidate's work. Such process is not of some mature organization & people there. So I think it was good for me that it didn't go further with such organisation.
