Golden West Food Group interview questions

The interview process was disorganized and unprofessional. The interviewers did not arrive on time, and only one interviewer was present for the rescheduled interview (2 were scheduled to be on the panel). Additionally, the company was described in negative terms, and comments were made about a partner organization that seemed unprofessional and inappropriate. The compensation package was also disappointing. Only 5 days of vacation were offered per year, for 5 years - a very low amount compared to industry standards. The overall package felt underwhelming and did not reflect the value of the position.

Less than 5 minute interview that had little to no substance. The vibe the interviewer gave off was desperation for another body. The interviewer also didn't seem to come prepared to the interview with questions.
