HR phone interview - nothing unusual.. After that there is an online interview with a senior developer from the R&D team. Asked only theoretical questions about coding and Java, no leetcode at this part.

A short conversation with the group leader and then I was told that I will get a java interview that was related to my knowledge and experience but the interview was some generic "leetcode" question, not related to my experience at all. This is pretty mediocre, the recruiter doesn't know what the tests are. This is maybe expected from small companies that doesn't have a formal recruitment process, but company with 1000+ should have a more professional way to recruit. Therefore I didn't want to continue with the process. The company didn't want that either.
