Interview
The interview process includes a 15 minutes technical phone interview for screening,
then a 2 hours frontal technical interview with the head of technology.
Then 1x1 with the CTS, displays a demo and getting to know each other.
At the final stage an interview with the HR.

How does basic garbage collection algorithm works, meaning how does he know which items are free and have no back reference.
The interview process was professional and organized. It included a technical assessment and several rounds of discussions. Communication was consistent throughout, providing a clear understanding of the role and the company expectations.

There's at least 3 phases, Introduction, a "get to know you" interview, and take home test. The initial talks and conversations were good. However I was ghosted after submitting the take home assignment. I reckon that kind of attitude is present in their culture.
