I applied through a recruitment agency. Everything went okay, apart from the fact that they did not provide feedback after rejecting second stage applicants, which is quite poor considering people took a lot of time out of their day to prepare a presentation and then attend the interviews.

Great, easy to get along with people, process was easy to follow. Clear and genuinely interested hiring staff. Group scenarios presented a real opportunity to showcase skills and learn about others. Opportunity to see the others who would be on the team and their work styles.
