It was okay, but technical. Video interview was a bit difficult as they only gave 30 seconds to prepare and 1.30 mins to answer. I was asked 7 questions out of which 5 were competency based and two were motivational.

Interview
Found it fun and upbeat. Fit and commercial awareness focused, particularly found that you needed to understand the basic mechanics of M&A/PE. A high level understanding of how deals are structured and why is important.
