There was a screener followed by a 4 interview call back process. All was conducted via zoom by members of the NY and Boston offices. They let me do a follow up to meet more attorneys before I accepted.
I participated in a phone screener with a recruiter. The call connection was very poor on the recruiter's end and I struggled to hear her. I presented well and was then ghosted despite my attempts to follow up.
The interview process takes place in two stages. (1) One-on-one with an associate or partner of the firm in a so-called "screener." (2) A long form interview taking place over hours wherein the firm conducts a number of one-on-one interviews with various partners and associates.
