Interview
No e-verify so nearly all staff were illegal. Rarely anyone spoke English. Hired everyone and turned and burned them. No interviews were done, just hired on the spot most of the time started same day.

Interview
Called me,went in the same day, hired me on the spot. Long as you can read and speak English they will hire you. They don't ask many questions about anything important. Experience doesn't matter, who you are doesn't matter. They just want bodies and will burn you
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwood (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Jan 2022
Interview
Very quick and a pleasant interview. I did not feel any pressure. After talking to James (Kitchen Manager) for a bit, I knew I was going to fit in well and have genuine laughable moments with coworkers/management.
