Internal interview process was straight forward and fair. Asked to give examples of past experience and specific recruiting metrics, interest in the job, situational questions, examples of how I would handle different candidate scenarios.
The interview process had 4 stages which I found to be unnecessary since I was then told I was fit for another role within the team. I was not really interested in the position but decided to give it a go and felt like the panel were not interacting as much on all stages.
