I had a phone call with a HR officer that supports Spain, Portugal and France markets as the position was targeting the French market. I am overall really disappointed about that interview. I had the feeling that the recruiter was not interested at all in what I was saying and seemed to be in a rush. The interview only last 9 minutes. I had many interviews and I wonder how a candidate's competencies and qualifications can be evaluated in only 9 minutes, especially when a recruiter only ask 3 questions. I believe that this behavior is disrespectful and not professional at all since I took a lot of time to prepare this interview and I did not feel that I had the chance to talk about my past experiences and skills and to prove that I could be the right candidate.
