I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin) in Jun 2019
Interview
I had a phone call with a HR officer that supports Spain, Portugal and France markets as the position was targeting the French market.
I am overall really disappointed about that interview. I had the feeling that the recruiter was not interested at all in what I was saying and seemed to be in a rush. The interview only last 9 minutes. I had many interviews and I wonder how a candidate's competencies and qualifications can be evaluated in only 9 minutes, especially when a recruiter only ask 3 questions.
I believe that this behavior is disrespectful and not professional at all since I took a lot of time to prepare this interview and I did not feel that I had the chance to talk about my past experiences and skills and to prove that I could be the right candidate.

They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Google
Interview
Got referred by a friend, had a call with a nice person from HR, after that I had an interview with a manager, relaxed conversation about how I'd adress certain topics and also did a practical case study,.
Difficile mais faisable, faut s’entraîner un maximum. Y’a des vidéos sur YouTube qui expliquent super bien tout le process. Y’a 3 étapes après le call avec le rh et c’est hyper bien fait mais faut être bien préparé
