Overall good experience. There were 2 rounds, general cognitive ability was a bit easy, and technical round could get better.
You should be prepared and need to practice with lots of other examples. On technical backgorund, you should just know the basics, and should be able to explain it clearly. It was more towards AI position, thats why all basics were expected. No hard questions.
The interview process for the customer service representative position at Google was structured and professional. The questions focused on previous experience, communication skills, problem-solving, and handling customer situations. The overall process was straightforward and consistent with the responsibilities of the role.

Organised , 2-3 rounds , more about media experience and more follow-up questions … last few minutes for questions to hiring manager … confident answer in STAR method is best way to proceed
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
