I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Mountain View, CA) in Jun 2022
Interview
Unorganized. communication and coordination via recruiters was not good. The first phone interview was rescheduled multiple times. It finally happened, but no one showed on the Google side. After rescheduling again and having the phone interviews, I heard nothing back from recruiters. Perhaps is was a pandemic and economy taking a bad turn thing.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Google (Shanghai, Shanghai) in Sep 2024
Interview
The Google interview process includes resume screening, initial phone interviews, multiple technical interviews, onsite interviews with coding and problem-solving, team matching discussions, and a final hiring decision by the committee.
The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Google (San Jose, CA)
Interview
Over 15 months of interviews. In the process, they rewrote the job description 7 times. Clearly, they didn't really know what they wanted. Interviews were set up at the last minute with interviewers who knew nothing about the content or responsibilities of the job. Intense and grueling experience preparing for so many interviews.

Question 1
If I had 1,000 camera-equipped cars and 6 months, how would I go about mapping every single address on the earth? Where would I start, and why? How would I proceed to the completion of the project?
