My experience was not good at all. During my unique phone interview I did hear people laughing from the other side. The recruiter were not concentrate about what I was talking..
Questions related about: How much time I did stay in each previous companies (month and year) and why I did change for each one too.

Organised , 2-3 rounds , more about media experience and more follow-up questions … last few minutes for questions to hiring manager … confident answer in STAR method is best way to proceed
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
