I passed my resume along through a current employee and applied online. The interview process was straightforward and I was always so excited to see a new email from the recruiter in my inbox! During the interviews, the team placed more emphasis on getting to know me and building out a mutual relationship than screening for trainable technical skills. It was also really interesting to learn more about PoD, which only furthered my interest in joining the company.

I was approached by the internal recruiter via Linkedin which prompted an initial screening. All of my questions were answered SO well and I was excited to hop on about 3 different calls with my interviewers from within the team. The entire process was not only quick and very conscious and respectful of my time, but the questions I was asked were very much aligned with the role and if anything piqued my interest and desire for the role in its entirety. I was able and welcomed to ask my own questions and the team was extremely open to answering. The interview process is always a way to get a feel for the environment you can potentially work within, and if anything this interview process increased my interest and desire to work for the company.

Interviewed with many people on the team. They seemed to want to make sure everyone on the team approved. So I met with everyone I'd be working with. One by one.

The first interview consists of a phone conversation with HR. I declined to go further as there was confusion regarding the job requirements and basic benefits. The salary range was also unclear. This was not a buttoned up interview.
