if you got the call you got the job pretty easy. they were also in demand for associates bc of the shipping that they don't do anymore. not sure if the process is still the same
Phone call with basic questions that ask schedule and previous experience. A in person interview with the same questions that gather applicants availability to work and how often they can take a shift
