After HR screened resume, they ask candidate to attend manager interview. Manager is nice, they want to know more about you personality and willingness more than your experience. Use chinese to finish all the interview, no need to prepare for it. After manager interview, you need to talk to HR for some question just like salary.... blablabla. Wait a week then the offer comes.
