The interview was personable and open with much discussion on growth within the ABA community as well as the pine cone therapies community. They discussed their model and made sure that I was a good fit.

Interview
It was an easy going interview, it was more like a professional conversation rather than intense question after question. They also did a tour of the clinic and described what a day at the clinic looked like. I enjoyed the conversation there was not a lot of pressure, then a couple days later received an offer.

The interview was great and lasted about 45-50 mins and included a tour as well as a breakdown of the company values and the owner's background in the field. She was very engaging and polite and the staff in passing was very pleasant. I was told there were no employee benefits. I was also definitely encouraged to leave my current job without completing a 2 weeks notice.
