I had the bad experience of going to one of their assessment days, it almost felt like they were trying to fill the spare spaces. After 3 hours of useless questions, honestly, some of the exercises were so pointless that made I almost left before the end. However, one thing that stood out was that one guy came 4 hours late, said one sentence and managed to secure an interview, whereas these other guys who really wanted it didn't, which is why one guy nearly started fighting the recruiter at the end. Now I am not a child I understand that latecomer must have known someone there, and that makes me question are these guys, real recruiters? Ps. I didn't even want to attend this insight day, but the person over the phone literally begged me to come, so I thought why not? I guess every experience is a good experience, this one opened my eyes to the phrase "it's not what you know but who you know, that will get you furthest!".
