Very organized. Started the interview on time. All of the HR persons were very helpful. Environment of the interview board was very welcoming and encouraging. They offered us snacks after the interview.

There was 1 month long process, we got interview call, then we have to sit for IT test. After that we did 1 month long training and after completing the training we have to go for final exam and viva.

An online application is also mandatory.when one applies online then he/she might be called by GrameenPhone for interview and if the candidate can satisfy the panel then he/she might get another call a few days later for attending a mock test. and this is all about the process.
