I was called by phone 3 days before the appointment. It made me feel they had empty seats to fill. At arrival there were about 15 of us and we were divided in two groups based on the job title we applied for. We were asked to plan a whole day process but after the group assessment (w hours) 6 of us were asked to leave, while one girl was asked to stay based mostly on the fact she was the only person with some experience on the job. I found this very unprofessional given that I and 5 more people with me were asked to spend the whole day there and we were let go after just a screening test which was possibile probably just by looking at the CVs.
