I interviewed at Grant Thornton UK (Leeds, England)
Interview
Assessment process from the start was good. Fairly straightforward assessments. The case study is tough, only 20 minutes to read the information and answer the question. I recommend noting key points as you read through, just make sure any points you make are explained.
Assessment centre was well explained and I found it pretty simple, there was only 3 people there so just make sure everyone is included, build on their ideas.
The interview was well structured and the interviewers were supportive. It’s a strength based interview so make sure you have examples on hand. A partner dialed in later on, and was very nice, asked a couple of questions - why this sector and what is different about GT to other firms.
