Interview
Phone interview - spoke with HR a lot of behavioral questions. HR rep was reading a script.
Panel interview - met with HR and the hiring manager, spoke about my background and specific job experiences and situations questions.
Panel interview with 2nd manager and operations manager - similar to the first panel interview just different prospective.

Interview
Interview was alright. First screening was via phone interview. This was then followed by on-site interview with the team. On-site interview was however very long. It took almost 4 hours for the entire interview.
