Dear Candidate Thanks for sharing your thoughts on your recent interactions at Grassik Search. At the onset, we agree that this should not have happened. We have historically been very swift in our decision making, regardless of the outcome of the interactions, often concluding end to end process till offer in a matter of 8 - 10 days. Unfortunately, the outcome of the reference checks made the decision slightly complicated for us as we are conflicted in our views wrt your candidature. That's why we took time deliberating internally and were unable to decide, which was wrong at our end. Please accept our apologies for your negative experience. We pride ourselves on positive candidate experiences and feel disappointed that you did not experience the same.
