I came here to read about the previous interviews. The rejection rate is surprisingly high. So, before the interview, I already gained an impression that you will get an interview if pass the online assessment, but, you probably won't get an offer. They know who they want (perhaps young, Ivy League, etc.). Don't put your hopes too high. I was able to advance to the third round. The first round is a chat with the recruiter on the phone. The second round is an online assessment that the recruiter sent you. The third round is 45-minute online with the hiring manager. Days after the interview, I still don't understand what they do. If you are interviewing here, make sure you ask good questions about what the company does.
